How Ramm Financial, LLC handles the information you give us.
What we collect
When you submit a form on this site we collect what you enter: name, email address, phone number, entity name, and the transaction details you provide. We also collect standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security and diagnostics.
Why we collect it
To review your financing request, respond to you, and administer the relationship if we do business. We do not sell personal information.
Mobile information and text messaging
No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party except aggregators and service providers strictly for the purpose of delivering the messages you asked to receive.
Who we share information with
We share transaction information with capital sources, lending partners, and service providers only as needed to evaluate, place, and close your request, and with professional advisors or regulators where required by law. These parties may not use it for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
Long enough to serve the purpose it was collected for and to meet legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations. Records tied to a closed transaction are generally retained longer than an inquiry that did not proceed.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing contact@rammfinancial.com or calling (703) 628-1449. To stop text messages, reply STOP to any message from us. To stop marketing email, use the unsubscribe link in the message. We may still send you messages about a transaction already underway.
Security
We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect the information you send. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This site is for business use and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date below reflects the current version, and material changes will be posted on this page.
