Text messaging terms

Program description

Ramm Financial, LLC sends text messages about financing requests you submit to us — status updates on your scenario, follow-up on missing items, scheduling, and occasional information about our programs.

How you opt in

You opt in by checking the text-message box on a form on this site and providing your mobile number. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or of receiving financing. We do not add anyone to messaging without their own affirmative opt-in, and one person cannot opt in on another person's behalf.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies, based on the activity on your request.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the messages; your mobile carrier may.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will get one confirmation message and then no further texts. You can opt back in at any time by submitting a form again.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed on every carrier or device.

You agree the information you give us is accurate and that you are authorized to share it. Submitting someone else's information means you have their permission to do so.

Where a transaction is placed with a third-party capital source, that source sets its own criteria and terms, and its requirements govern the final deal.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Ramm Financial, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site.
